Open your PC and on the home screen go to the start menu, generally on the left bottom corner. Type cmd in the Cortana search bar and you will find the command prompt. Or on the keyboard use shortcut windows icon + S to pull up the search bar and type cmd in it. A menu will open up, choose Run as administrator from the options. This option will generally be the top option. Then Windows will ask if you are sure about the choice you have made, click on the Yes.
